Aside from the occasional cold or accidental injury, I had been healthy my whole life. During the mid-90s, a few unexpected hardships created a great deal of stress in my life. I am a 74 year old lady massage therapist. Usually I am well, but recently I developed sciatica. After 2 years with advanced eczema over most of my body. I am very pleased and I am still feeling good. Even when the skin completely gets back to normal I am staying on the products because this is what our bodies need. Thought you might be interested in the comments that I have been keeping on it from February this year. Feb 20th. Started steroid ointment. Feb.25th. Finished the ointment, was itching all the way through using it. Feb 26th. Still itching bad. Feb. 27th. Took an antihistamine tablet and started on the cortisone cream. March 5th. Finished the cortisone cream. March 6th. had to put steroid cream on again. March 7th. Started taking Oregano orally and putting it on the skin, that helped for quite some time till April 7th. Then had a very bad flare up right through till the end of May. May started on the steroid cream again. At this point I was so discouraged that I stopped keeping record until June 15th. I then started on ASH. 1 week later red gone from arms. 2 weeks later red gone from legs. 3 &1/2 weeks later, made very, very hot carrot and ginger root soup. Whoops red came back on face and top of arms. Will have to give the soup away as I made a whole batch of it for the freezer, pity because it tasted delicious. I am running before I can walk I guess:-) but I must remember that this is a healing that takes place over time. Now just over 4 weeks later had a minor flare up, but it is quickly abating, now only lasting a couple of days, mainly on the face and very top of arms. Since being on ASH I have slept well every night, even with the small flare ups. I have untold energy, going to bed about midnight to 1 am and waking about 7.30 am, can't wait to start the day, there is so much to do. I have lost 16 pounds in weight, wonderful, I am now the weight I should be for my size. I just know that the ascorbates will complete my healing, only wished that I had known about it years ago, but there we go, God has a time for everything.
