Personal Purchase Volume or PV is calculated solely by the
price paid for product. Membership Fees and Wholesale
Access Fees are not included in PV. Members with $100
or more of PV in a calendar month are "Matrix Qualified" and
included in the Company Matrix count. Members with PV greater
than $0 are "Pay Qualified" meaning they qualify to receive
any earned commissions and they count as qualifiers in Member
Rank consideration. |

Period PV and Total PV are data provided in most reports as a
quick reference for determining frontline and downline purchasing habits. |

Group Purchase Volume or GV is determined by calculating the
total period PV of all Discount Buyers, Members and
Wholesalers in your downline 10 levels deep. GV is
independent of Rank. |

A member's own Personal Purchase Volume is NOT included in
his/her own
Group Purchase Volume calculation. |

Cumulative
Group Purchase Volume is determined by adding all period GV
totals together since becoming a member of ASH. Cumulative
Group Purchase Volume is one of the qualifications for

Group Volume is
important because a particular total reached in a given pay
period results in 30 or more days of earned wholesale status for the member and
a resulting increase in commission percentage for all
frontline and qualified downline purchases as referenced in the tables
above. |

member currently has wholesale status then earned days will
be added to extend the current wholesale status expiration
date. If the member has no current wholesale status
then the wholesale expiration date will be calculated by
