Advanced Scientific Health (ASH)
was founded on October 30th, 2002 by a handful of laypeople
who embarked on a campaign to share with others how they
reversed their chronic illnesses through orthomolecular
science. Since then, thousands of ordinary people have
experienced the benefits of reversing cancer, heart disease, diabetes,
lupus, MS and fibromyalgia to name a few. |
| As more
and more people began applying the “elemental” protocols of
orthomolecular science the demand for ASH developed
proprietary formulas increased. In order to answer the demand
ASH turned to the top FDA-approved laboratories in the United
States to insure delivery of the highest quality product. |
| ASH is
now an international association of independent researchers
located in all 50 states and in over 20 countries applying
the principles of orthomolecular supplementation to modern
illnesses with phenomenal results. |

Payment Period / Pay Qualification |
| The ASH
Compensation Plan is designed to benefit all types of
participants. No gimmicks, no complicated matching
strategies or unfulfilled promises of get rich quick without
any effort. We believe in the basic principles of
network marketing which is taking moneys normally budgeted
for advertising and paying our members for their efforts
based on product sales volume and sales management goals. |
| The ASH
Pay Period is a calendar month. All commission
generating transactions for the month are tracked and all
member ranks and status are updated before commission payment
calculations are made providing participating members the
entire pay period to recruit new members, encourage downline
progress and secure wholesale status is desirable. All
members will have day by day up to date commission
transaction tracking for commissions projections and for
reaching sales and team goals. |
| All ASH
Members are eligible to receive compensation. In order
to qualify for payment members must make a product purchase
or have Wholesale status in the calendar month being
calculated for payment. This is called "Pay Qualified".
For example, all commission generating transactions in the
month of September would be calculated and ready for payment
in the first week of October. If the Member in question
is "Pay Qualified" for the month of September then ASH
would
cut a check for commissions due less processing fees.
If the member in question in NOT "Pay Qualified" then the
member is not paid commissions for that period and those
potential commissions are forfeit. Members starting the
month can opt to purchase wholesale status before the end of
the month and those members will be paid commission at the
higher wholesale rate. If a member earns wholesale
status through group purchase volume in a given month the
member will be paid at the higher wholesale rate for that
months commission generating transactions. |
| The
payment period for all commission generating purchase
transactions is based on the order date and not on the ship
date. For example.. an order placed on the 30th of
October and shipped on the 3rd of November would be
calculated in the October Commission Period. |

| 4 Ways to
Purchase |
We currently offer 4 ways to purchase the ASH products in
order to provide the lowest possible cost to the consumer and
to our ASH Members. Commissions are paid on all
discount, member and wholesale purchases.

1. Retail |
Our first purchase price option is
RETAIL.
Anyone
may purchase ASH products for the listed retail price.
The RETAIL option
is not the cheapest buying option, but still represents
excellent value.

2. Discount |
Our second purchase price option is
DISCOUNT.
ASH
offers a discount for anyone referred by one of our
members. Anyone providing a current ASH Member ID may
purchase ASH products and receive an immediate 25%
discount off of the listed retail price.
Once
your account is set up you may return as often as you
wish to re-purchase product and you will continue to
receive an automatic 25% discount.
The
DISCOUNT option is the
best purchase option if you want to try one or two of
the ASH Products.

3. Member |
Our third purchase price option is
MEMBER.
Anyone
may become an ASH Member. All ASH Members must have an
ASH Member Sponsor. The prospective Member may provide a
current ASH Member ID as their sponsor, may search for a
sponsor using our online sponsor search tool or may
elect to have their sponsor assigned by ASH.
The
prospective Member must pay an annual membership fee of
$39.95.
Members receive a 50% discount off of the
listed retail price.
Once your Member account is
set up you may return as often as you wish to
re-purchase product and you will continue to receive an
automatic 50% discount.
Members are eligible to
participate in the ASH Compensation Plan and may qualify
to receive commissions on frontline and downline product
purchases. Members earn additional frontline overrides
per Member Wholesaler.
Members receive access to
the online Member Control System and a customizable
webpage.
Members may earn wholesale status by
generating $3,000 or more group volume in a payment
period. Members may elect to upgrade to Member
Wholesaler at anytime by purchasing 3 months of
consecutive wholesale status for $90 (basically $30 a
month).
The MEMBER
option is the best purchase option if you intend to buy
less than 4 bottles of product on average per month.

4. Wholesale |
Our fourth purchase price option is
MEMBER WHOLESALER.
Anyone may become an ASH Member Wholesaler. All ASH
Member Wholesalers must have an ASH Member Sponsor. The
prospective Member may provide a current ASH Member ID
as their sponsor, may search for a sponsor using our
online sponsor search tool or may elect to have their
sponsor assigned by ASH.
The prospective Member
Wholesaler must pay an annual membership fee of $39.95.
The prospective Member Wholesaler must purchase 3
months of consecutive wholesale status for $90
(basically $30 a month).
Member Wholesalers
receive a 67% discount off of the listed retail price.
Once your Member Wholesaler account is set up you
may return as often as you wish to re-purchase product
and you will continue to receive an automatic 67%
discount.
Member Wholesalers are eligible to
participate in the ASH Compensation Plan and may qualify
to receive commissions on frontline and downline product
purchases.
Member Wholesalers earn additional
frontline overrides per Member Wholesaler and may
qualify earn additional downline overrides per Member
Wholesaler. Member Wholesalers are paid 50% higher
commission rate on frontline and downline product
purchases than non-wholesale members.
Member
Wholesalers are paid 100% to 500% more on frontline
overrides than non-wholesale members.
Only
Ranking Member Wholesalers are eligible to receive
Company Matrix Bonuses.
Member Wholesalers
receive access to the online Member Control System and a
customizable webpage.
Member Wholesalers may earn
wholesale status by generating $3,000 or more group
volume in a payment period.
The

option is the best purchase option if you intend to buy

Simple but Powerful ~ Unilevel |
|
We selected a Unilevel structure because we feel it has
unlimited size for growth, rewards those who really do the
work and doesn't require constant babysitting or matching to
maximize return. The ASH Unilevel is unlimited wide and
up to 10 levels deep. What this means is that every
person you sponsor into ASH is on your frontline where the
highest commission % payout is calculated. Every person
sponsored by your frontline becomes part of your downline and
you can receive commissions on your group volume for 10 full
levels. You never give away your people and your downline has
the potential to continue to grow, which means your income
can continue to grow. |

Unique ~
2 x Infinity Company Matrix |
|
Basically the company matrix is a pool designed to
reward our members for their contribution to the growth of
ASH over time. A member's position in the company
matrix is based on the entire membership and your matrix rank
is based on the date you became a member. Each month all
matrix qualified members are positioned into the company
matrix and their position is used to calculate a profit share
of the company pool. |
| The
structure is 2 x infinity meaning that the matrix starts with
the first position and then doubles each level, as the
company grows the number of matrix qualified members grows
and so does the income payout calculated at $1 per person in
your share of the company matrix. As you can see the
closer your matrix number is to 1 the more potential income
awaits you. The company matrix goes to infinity. |
| The first
31 positions in the company matrix have been reserved for the
Founders Group which currently has 6 members and 25 available
positions. |
| All
Wholesalers (members with wholesale status) and Members who
purchase $100 or more product volume in a given month are
included in the company matrix pool count and structure. |
| Gold
Ranked Wholesalers receive a share of the matrix payout to a
maximum of 5 levels deep and a maximum of $62 per month. |
| Platinum
Ranked Wholesalers receive a share of the matrix payout to a
maximum of 10 levels deep and a maximum of $2,046 per month. |
Diamond
Ranked Wholesalers and Founders receive a share of the matrix
payout to a maximum of 15 levels deep and a maximum of
$65,534 per month.

|
New members start without a Frontline nor a Downline.
Building your Frontline and Downline are the principle
activities for building an ASH business. All personally
sponsored Discount Buyers, Members and Wholesalers become
your Frontline and yield the greatest commission percentages.
When your Frontline Members and Wholesalers sponsor their own
Discount Buyers, Members and Wholesalers your Downline is
born. There is no limit to the number of Discount
Buyers, Members and Wholesalers that can be sponsored on any
level of the Unilevel Genealogy. |

price paid for product. Membership Fees and Wholesale
Access Fees are not included in PV. Members with $100
or more of PV in a calendar month are "Matrix Qualified" and
included in the Company Matrix count. Members with PV greater
than $0 are "Pay Qualified" meaning they qualify to receive
any earned commissions and they count as qualifiers in Member
Rank consideration. |

Period PV and Total PV are data provided in most reports as a
quick reference for determining frontline and downline purchasing habits. |
|
Group Purchase Volume or GV is determined by calculating the
total period PV of all Discount Buyers, Members and
Wholesalers in your downline 10 levels deep. GV is
independent of Rank. |

A member's own Personal Purchase Volume is NOT included in
his/her own
Group Purchase Volume calculation. |

you can be Member Ranked without being Wholesale Ranked. |

reserved the first 31 spots in the Company Matrix as
financial compensation for 31 ASH Members who achieve a
certain level excellence and help others to succeed. These 31
Members will be referred to as "Founders" because their
efforts are truly building the foundation of a company
focused on improving health for everyone. |
| ASH
Founders are not just successful ASH business developers they
also serve as world ambassadors for ASH. The position
requires that the Founder represent ASH with knowledge and
integrity, for which the position offers substantial
financial and intangible rewards. |

ASH
founders will be given monthly assignments that could
include: Member Training, Member Interviewing, Research, Web
Forum Hosting, Article Writing, Information or Business Call
Hosting or Assisting, Audio or Video Recording, Live Event
Attendance & Participation Etc.
